MACHINE CONSTRUCTION Heavy duty steel, all welded construction reinforced, gusseted, and welded maximum strength. Lift hangers for moving.

BARREL CONSTRUCTION Hexagon in shape, 27 ½” long, 12” diameter, with removable lid. Liner is removable, polyurethane 7/8” thick. Liners are equipped with divider slots spaced on 1” centers.

NEMA 12 ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL Controls all functions of machine. Auto or manual control. Power jog of turret and barrel rotation easy for operation. A 0-999 hour cycle timer is mounted in panel.

BRAKE Braking system automatically stops the turret when a stop is activated, turret door is opened, or an automatic cycle is completed.
